Keeneland Snow!

 
Keeneland opening day is always a fun photo assignment in that  there is a LOT to shoot. It actually feels a little formulated some years because  you know what you need, cheering fans, some Keeneland fashion, a paddock photo, and of course some race coverage but this year there was a new twist. Crazy weather including blinding snow which made cool photos.  When the feature race ended the real snow started coming down so I headed up to the photo deck to try to get a shot no one else had. When I started shooting suddenly everybody else was there too so the exclusive photo was not to be but cool just the same and definitely worth the walk up stairs!
