Dawn’s story is repeated over and over again in Kentucky. It is sad but true. I’m not sure drug court is helping the problem.
Will the Herald-Leader spend as much print when she falls from the wagon?
Drug court only helps if you want it to, like smoking, you can quit if you want to, but you have to have the want to!!!!
