The Best of the Bluegrass Belle Brezing Bed Race was held Thursday, April 10, 2008, to honor Lexington’s most famous Madam. Short Street was closed between Mill and Upper Streets as teams entered their specially designed and decorated racing beds. The teams raced in heats until a grand prize winner was declared.
