ZAP All-Electric Vehicle

A news conference was held at Integrity Manufacturing on July 9 in Shepherdsville to urge Gov. Steve Beshear to sign an executive order permitting the three-wheeled electric car called the ZAP to use most state highways. A ZAPTRUCK version was on hand for demonstrations. Integrity hopes to manufacture the vehicles when they become legal in Kentucky. Video by David Perry | Staff
