		<description>That is great! Don&#039;t worry Rice University will have the world record come march, we&#039;ve probably have had for awhile, but never thought to contact anyone about. And another note, every year our annual event has about 150,000-200,000 water balloons depending on how early we start filling.</description>

		<description>We counted 58, 236 balloons there, and only 2,744 people.  We were so close.  I counted 2,754 waivers (with three other people), so I was off.  We needed just 110 more people!  Amazing how 58,000+ balloons can disappear in about three minutes.</description>
