Fayette County Schools will be closed Wednesday. School officials announced the decision Tuesday afternoon, citing the continuing winter ice storm.

    I wish there was something other than basketball always on the front pages of Lexington Herald. Gosh, we have huge unemployment in Kentucky and the US.
    Maybe Kentucky should get a professional football or basketball tteam that could divert some of the sports information in several directions.
