I e-mailed it to the editor several days ago...nothing happened. I am sure there is a local electrician who will help these people. This entire story is sad.....KU didnt mind collecting her money with the old meter for years..it seems if she would sign a waiver or something assuming responsibility..... they could restore things as they were.
