University of Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari signed a limited-edition Maker’s Mark bottle at Keeneland in Lexington Friday.     I am still sick that I wasn’t quick enough to get a ticket on ticketmaster. I have signed bottles from several years after waiting hours in lines. I waited all night in line at Liquor Barn to make sure I got this year’s bottle, but wasn’t able to get mine signed.
