Norma Mulligan helps decades of J.R. Ewan students

When J.R. Ewan Elementary School closes its doors on May 30, 2008, the community will miss the daily smiles and waves from Norma Mulligan. Norma, a crossing guard at the corner of Menifee Dr. and Kingswood Dr., has been helping children safely cross the road in front of the school for more than 40 years. Video by Jenn Ackerman
