That was a very sad day to loose such a young and promising filly as she was. I myself think that these horses legs are being stressed, these horses grow until they are between 5 and 7 and there knees are still open at that age. I think these horses should be trained and raced at the age of 4 and this way there knees can close and there bones are not as soft as they are at 2 yrs old,
