Goshen Primitive Baptist Church

The one room Goshen Primitive Baptist Church was begun in 1979. Approximately a dozen members attend services in a building with no air conditioning or plumbing. Services are simple, and hymns are sung without accompanying musical instruments.

Fayette County Schools will be closed Wednesday. School officials announced the decision Tuesday afternoon, citing the continuing winter ice storm.
